It is fluffy out of the box, the sherpa is so soft against the skin and the color is just like the pic (dark dusty blue). The weight is perfect, not too heavy but very warm and oh so comfy!!! I bought this to replace my old Sherpa comforter (which I loved and lasted me over a decade so I knew I wanted something similar). I have a very cold house and this does the trick. If you’re looking for warmth and softness this is for you. P.S. My photos show the fabric up close and the sizing. I have a queen-sized bed and I’ve always purchased queen-sized bedding but I wanted something that draped better, and stayed center on the bed. This is a Cal King, (a King would work too). Very good decision, as I can tuck it into the frame and it still comes all the way up. Great price as well 🩶🤍
