As a college student, I don’t always have time to go to the gym and this is something that i’m glad I’ll have when my semester begins! There are different levels of resistance which helps as not every muscle has the same strength and I love that it comes with great quality attachments as I’ve dealt with gym equipment that hasn’t been as great. The thicker bands are great as they work out my legs very well(I’ve been an athlete my whole life so trust me). Lastly I love that it comes with a jump rope as I always need some. This comes with everything you could possibly need to meet any goals of yours at home!
