Review: This fanxiang brand has proved itself in reliability and quality 100% - These drives are impressive and have a huge noticeable improvement to our old laptop. I didn't want to through the old laptop away, so decided to upgrade it and use it as a simple old school games machine. I had never heard of this product brand before. but know now that FANXIANG is trusted quality and very reliable. The size is like for like on our 2.5 drive slot and offers great speed both write and read. I have also bought the next size above this and it is just as great
Review: its amazing value it may not have a main brand name or price but its just as good - Right like any normal person i saw a uknown brand ssd and intantly thought ill buy it now then ill swap it out for a known brand at the end of the month however this drive had been beautiful i orginally had it a laptop that id replaced the hdd with and it improved the performance loads my boot time was practically shot in half, then once i built my pc i had no use for my laptop so took the drive out and stuck it in my ps4 and now that console yes its outdated and stil quite slow for the games i play it sped up the loading a lot and has been there ever since and even checking the drive with crystal disk its still running perfectly with no issues. so i will be buy ing more drives rom Fanxiang in the future

These drives are impressive and have a huge noticeable improvement to our old laptop. I didn't want to through the old laptop away, so decided to upgrade it and use it as a simple old school games machine. Small and light, true 4TB, not a fake. Decent speeds (H2testw.exe): On USB dongle Writing speed: 105 MByte/s ,Reading speed: 201 MByte/s as internal drive in Lenovo laptop: Writing speed: 106 MByte/s ,Reading speed: 259 MByte/s Short bursts were observed up to 400MB/s, but (likely as as any SSD drive) it will slow down after a short while as self preservation. Lowest observed in sustained writing were down to ca 9MB/s, but it might have been due to MS Windows doing something, as speeds did pick up later to some 100MB/s long term typical sustained write speed. Given the price its certainly 5* for value. Subject to updates in case it breaks down, as so often reported. I note several 1* reviews, as to poor reliability. Good idea to make frequent backups..
