A: Yes true to size.
Excellent print, not bootleg.
This is like the original from the 80's but obviously not.  Has the Metallica iron-on tag, there was no tagless on the original.

**Q: Do you have this shirt with the front and back graphics as listed?  I returned one that I ordered with only front graphics and nothing on the back.**
A: Mine yes came double sided cause I got it from cyber teez. You have to watch out with some of these 3rd party sells here on Amazon. Hope this helps.
