I work on aircraft and hardware for a living and this was no easy task due to poor instructions (no specific instructions for 10ft model vs 8ft model and no individual instructions based on design one prefers). Too add insult to injury, kit was missing entire bag of screws designated to hang hardware on the wall. I had to go to Lowes and spend money to get the 45+ screws that were missing. Other bags of screws did not have the proper count of screws included in the bag. All-in-all, I spent around 9 hours putting this thing up and had to wing it on much of the installation since the instructions were so poor and were not geared to the size I purchased and the design I wanted to use. The procedures showed a big picture of the design I wanted but no instructions on how to put it together in that design. Brochure shows seven different designs and then only gives instructions for one 8ft design. There is little orientation, pictures are thumbnail size in gray tones and the wall anchors are not the “pop open when you screw them in” type allowing them to pull out of drywall. I took 1x4 stained boards to support the shelves where the studs did not line up with the hardware needs. Much better than the particle board laminate stuff. I ordered directly off their website not from amazon. Completely redid an 8x 10 master closet. Bought three organizers, and two towers. Well designed, well thought out. But I saw the negative reviews and had to say something. Self tapping screws worked perfectly for me to hold on the bars. A high quality (50 dollar range) stud finder is a requirement. A long three foot level not required but helpful. I had some minor shipping damage on a couple pieces, company promptly sent replacements, no questions asked. Packaging was excellent, I blame the brown truck shipper. I did supplement the provided drywall anchors with heavy duty butterfly anchors I bought at a big box store. It was more difficult than I expected but take your time and read the instructions you will be fine. High quality euro hinges and soft close drawers.
