After I put it into sleep mode, while we used the other unit, it turned itself back on and beeped at the correct time. Put it back into sleep mode and within hours, it started beeping. We pressed Next Alert to stop the beeping but the red light wouldn't turn off. I replaced batteries and now nothing works. Can't activate it, can't reset anything -- nothing. Yes, when it works, it's great. We're lucky the 2nd one is working fine (for now). We now have a very, very pricey simple pillbox.
