I'm 5'9" at 221 lbs. It hold me but I'm not 100% sure i trust it. It's super lightweight, not super sturdy but I think it will do it's job as long as your not trying to do anything crazy on it. It was easy and quick to set up, you don't even need to use the instructions to figure it out.
