HUGE! 22mm x 12mm x 7mm. I generally find taking pills easy but these are huge, dry tablets that I find very difficult to swallow.

The tablets are very large, which makes them difficult and uncomfortable to swallow. It would be much better if these came as capsules instead. ​I cannot comment on their effectiveness yet, as I have only just started taking them.
