Review: 2K baby monitor - I got this 2K baby monitor for my 6-month-old baby. The set up was simple, you show a QR code to the camera to connect it. This step can be a little finicky and often takes a few tries. The video quality is exactly what I need, I can clearly see what is happening in the crib in both light and dark. It has a startup sound which plays every time the camera starts or reconnects to the internet. This once woke our baby when our internet went down for an hour, but this can be easily disabled in the app. The sound detection works really well even with a sound machine on in the background. I don’t use the motion detection, so I can’t say anything about that. The only issue I have is with multiple phones connecting to the camera at the same time. I have a phone, my wife has a phone, and we have an old phone on our night table as a monitor for at night. I assumed that I would simply login to my nooie account on all 3 devices and it would work. But alas it was not to be. Logging in to another device logs you out of the first! So, I had to make 3 separate accounts, one for each device. This still does not work perfectly as only the primary device can turn the camera on or off. If my husband has the kid and I am not home, he needs to call me to have me turn on the camera. It’s annoying but not a big deal.

I love this Noonie camera! The 2k feed is so clear and there is minimal lag between the camera and the video feed. What I also find great about Noonie is the SD card support. So many cameras require a cloud service to save video data but the noonie has both options so you can pick what is best for you! It saves motion/sound clips automatically as well so you don’t have to search through old data to find the disturbance! A great product!
