Layer under makeup stays flowy and flawless ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pompholyx eczema treatment *by H***B on 12 October 2025* No one is paying me for this review but as a long sufferer of pompholyx and severe hand eczema blisters peeling swelling red raw extremely painful hands I have to say this is the only cream that has ever helped and I have tried every lotion potion and steroid! Within 24 hours my hands are already healing I first bought on a boots £10 Tuesday and after two bottles of intense use my hands were back to new for about 5 months! I got a bit cocky and started washing up without gloves and put the heating back on now I’m in a flare but after getting a bottle delivered yesterday it’s already calmed right down.
