These freezer trays are great. I use them regularly for meal prep, especially for soups and foods made in the Instant Pot before vacuum sealing. The 1-cup size is perfect for portioning, and the silicone makes it easy to pop everything out cleanly once frozen. The lids fit well and help prevent spills or freezer odors.
