The software does what it needs to do, plus, the keyboard has on board memory so you dont need to run the software, only when making changes. I was originally looking for a black case but the color options on desertcart are limited for this kit, so i went with the grey. And im so glad i did, it looks incredible with my black and purple keycaps. The machining on this case is second to none. If i had to really try and nit pick, id say i wish the LED on the volume dial could be changed as it is only red, more colour choices on desertcart (probs not epomakers fault) and im not a fan of the cable thats provided, its like, half a coiled cable, and very short, BUT the fact they give you one is amazing considering the price, and lastly im not the biggest fan of the cable placement, its like inbetween the left and centre, a lil odd placement, but honestly im pulling at strings, its perfect, get it. I had a Royal Kludge RK68 before this, which was a good board, but I missed having extra keys and thought a 75% board would be just right for me. This board is much better built than my RK68, the alloy has a very premium feel and adds lots of weight, thock is next level. I dropped on and managed to get the pale blue barebones board for £39.99 over Christmas 2024 from Amazon, new. I used the Akko Crystal Silver switches I bought for my RK68 and got a half decent keycap set from Ali Express. I game daily on it and use it to WFH for around 2 days of the week, typing a lot.
