I’m spending way too much time and on the verge of sending it back. I’m really disappointed, I thought I could have a good 120 scanner but this is a dud! Review: This piece of plastic has awful software, is not supported by any scanning software other than stock one. This does very loud noise while scanning, so I do not have any hope for this to be working more than a year Moreover the first thing I've heard from support because the item software reports an error "the light is too dark, restart the app" is a hardware problem and should be returned back! Omg, do you even test this crap when manufacturing? The only scan software that works is horrible, colors are all wanky and the software is slow. Not many settings you can choose such as sharpness. I think once vuescan works with this scanner it will be much better. 120 scans super sharp and detailed. 35mm slides aren’t sharp at all.
