The seller shipped it quickly on an LTL trucking company. We had to stay in contact with them and make arrangements for pickup but we did receive it on expected date. The shipping box is very substantial and they do a great job of adding protective material to ensure a damage free product. The tub itself is beautiful and had not one blemish. I am 5’10” and stretch completely out without touching the other end! It’s big! Plumber stated installation was not hard but to make sure that you have the exact pipe they specified for installation.
