Don’t be a newbie like me and forget to sharpen them 🤭 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not Sure *by K***Y on July 10, 2026* I am an adult, weigh 130lbs and I bought these skates as a beginner because I read that Riedell fits narrow feet any my feet are shaped like hotdogs. I usually wear a size 10 sneaker and I sized down to a 9. They are still a little bit too long. I wish they had half sizes but you would have to order them somewhere else. Furthermore they are too narrow in the bones on the sides of the ball of my foot. I have been trying to break them in, but it doesn't seem to be getting better and my feet are killing me. I tried arch supports because I have medium-high arches, but that just moved the pain to a different part of my foot and made them fit even bigger than before. They are a high quality skate for beginner adults. I think where I went wrong was that my toes are really long so it's just not a good profile for my particular anatomy. They seemed to fit when I first bought them but after skating a few times, I could tell there is too much room in my toes. They don't feel like an extension of my foot so I feel like I am taking the skate with me when I am on the ice. Otherwise, I am totally happy with the quality. If they did fit, I can see them being really comfy because of all the padding. The ankle support is great for basic things like crossovers and my heel is locked down. I did have to get them shapened first because they did not come that way.
