Review: OMG!! This jam is amazing!! I recently started using a continuous glucose monitor and was noting my PB&J sandwiches (made on Keto bread with regular strawberry jam) was spiking my glucose levels to the 160’s!!! I tried making the sandwich with just peanut butter and the keto bread which kept my glucose levels about only 100 but I wasn’t enjoying it as much. I found this product and thought I’d give it a try. I am soooo happy I did!! It’s delicious and best all, it does not spike my glucose levels!! Yeah!!! I love it so much I went back and purchased the assorted pack!!

OMG!! This jam is amazing!!
