I saw the Teeran CarPlay adapter and figured I’d give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised how easily it installed and how quickly it connects each time I start my car. I especially like how the USB plug is also the power supply, as I am not a fan of cables laying all over my console and dash. If I have to find a fault I’d say it’s if your in reverse and your car has a camera while it still connecting, when I put the car in drive the screen is blacked out. I can hear the music, the hands free controls still work, but the display is disabled. It’s quickly resolved by unplugging and replugging the dongle. Overall I’m satisfied with the purchase and would recommend this to anyone that want wireless CarPlay for their vehicle. 12/20/22 The dongle has stopped working for me. It just shows the device ID screen. Yesterday the visual aspect of Spotify stopped working. I could hear my music and change tracks and volume hands free like normal, but it was just a blank screen. All other apps, maps, messages, phone, etc. was functioning normally. Today it doesn’t function at all therefore I would like to retract my above review. It worked great until it didn’t. I haven’t had it for very long, maybe a month. I regret saying that it doesn’t feel like I made a wise investment. Buyer beware. 1/1/23 Happy new year all.
