I bought a wig close to $100 from them and when it arrived, I found out it was a return. It was missing the wig cap and the packaging was torn. It was also a defective item. The look wasn’t the same as the photos. It was the same wig that I wanted; had the right length and not a lot of shedding, but overall, not a pleasant company to deal with because they offered me a $10 refund and that’s it. The hairs at the back of the wig gave away from the front and this is not how it’s supposed to look. Very upset and supporting wasn’t helpful at all.
