I'm no bike expert but when I have consulted local shops they said this should not be happening and is a fault with the construction as no chain should be getting stuck in the body work when if it comes up the pedals. Product is bad and I dont recommend it. When I took this up with the supplier they wanted me to send them a video of the chain stuck to help fix it which is not helpful. I've already put the chain back but keeps happening. So much the last time this happened I ended up in A&E because the chain got stuck while cycling and I went head over handle bars.
