They last so long and do an exceptional job of taking toxins, allergens, etc, from the air. The filters are easy to get in and out of the units and wipe down. I do this once a week or so and the filters last for ages! Just a damp rag and a quick swipe, and they're good to go. The units themselves are super quiet, and virtually silent in the sleep mode. They're the best. If you're looking for an air purifier, these are the way to go. Review: Good Cost-Saving Re-Usable Filter - Works pretty well. I like that it's washable and re-usable. I wish it was a little easier to clean, but it works great. The machine tells you when to replace the air filter so it's really simple.
