The Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Shortbread cookie contains the same butter and sugar content as the regular shortbreads, and as is Walker's custom, they contain no artificial flavorings or colorings. As with all Walker's shortbread, Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Shortbread contains no Genetically Modified Ingredients (GMOs) and no hydrogenated fats; is suitable for vegetarians; and is OU Kosher.

Phenomenal texture, very pleasant mouthfeel, perfect level of sweetness. The only caveat is, every single box arrived with contents broken into small pieces, although there weren’t any signs that the boxes had been damaged or mistreated en route. I just ate the pieces, and enjoyed them thoroughly. I couldn’t have served them to company, mind you, but that wasn’t actually my intent when I bought them. LOL. 😋

Really good gluten free treats are very hard to find, and these cookies are absolutely as good as traditional shortbread. Phenomenal texture, very pleasant mouthfeel, perfect level of sweetness. The only caveat is, every single box arrived with contents broken into small pieces, although there weren’t any signs that the boxes had been damaged or mistreated en route. I just ate the pieces, and enjoyed them thoroughly. I couldn’t have served them to company, mind you, but that wasn’t actually my intent when I bought them. LOL. 😋

These cookies live up to the Walker name and reputation for quality and flavor but they were all broken. I haven't opened every box of the 6 in the order but so far every cookie is not just broken but crumbled in many pieces and lots of crumbs. They are very good and buttery and I can nibble on them but not good for sharing with others. I could, otherwise give a 5 star rating.
