First, I will mentioned I paid $17 this time as I guess the price fluctuates, but still well worth it in my opinion. When I got it, it looked like it would be too small, but if you line the belts up side-by-side, the holes do match up to where what was the 6th hole on the Medium is only the 2nd on the small, meaning there's very little "extra" belt to have to tuck in, so whether I go with that hole or a little looser on the 1st hole, either way is more comfortable.
