I don’t like close fitting clothes and was not sure what sort of fit it would be. I’m 5”2 and at 58 have a few extra pounds to conceal ! In the end I bought a L and hoped for the best. It fits just how I like. I have trouble with a lot of tops as my upper arms are quite large in comparison (no I’m not a Hobbit) just a normal woman with those extra bits that come along with age. This jacket sits on my thighs covering my bum enough so that when I sit down there is plenty of coat left to sit on. It looks casual and smart and it isn’t heavy in weight but certainly keeps me warm and dry.
