**Q: Is this omega 3 pure? as it is providing for each capsule 200mg epa and 100mg dha? so there are no other fatty oil acids in it, i am right?**
A: Our Pure Strength Omega 3 provides 800mg of EPA and 400mg of DHA in easy-to-swallow capsules from MSC certified, sustainable Alaskan Pollock.  The dose is 4 soft gels, which means that in each soft gel there is: EPA 200mg and 100mg DHA. This does not contain other fatty acids and we have removed the vitamin A and D. Therefore this is safe in pregnancy and lactation.

**Q: Does this co tain and soy in the tocopherols? Also is the omega 3 in triglyceride form?**
A: Hello, it contains no Soya or Soy. It is in ethyl ester form (EE), which is deliberate as this more natural. Triglyceride (TG) form requires far more processing and research shows there is no difference in absorption between EE and TG forms. It contains Mixed tocopherols (naturally derived) - The Wild Team

Have used various wild nutrition products consistently for 7 years. They are without a doubt the best quality nutritional supplement on the market. Their customer service is also brilliant should you have an queries. They are on the expensive side but I do think you get what you pay for. Very easy to swallow, there is some aftertaste when you burp but nothing unmanageable. Would recommend
