You have to download the app and use it. . once you have downloaded the app, you will useyour phone To set up the key card , finger print and passwords on my app. It is very sleek. Looks regular not out of place now. I want to get black candles for the rest of my doors. it is also rechargeable, but takes four AA batteries not included.
