I’ve used it in coffee, oatmeal, baking, and recipes where I didn’t want to open a whole carton of milk, and it mixes pretty well as long as you use warm water and stir it enough. I like that it’s pasture-raised, rBST-free, and doesn’t have a bunch of extra fillers or unnecessary ingredients. The 4 lb bag is a good size and feels like a better value than buying small containers, especially if you use powdered milk often. It’s not exactly the same as fresh milk when drinking it plain, but for cooking, baking, and everyday use, it’s very convenient and tastes better than I expected.
