**Q: Where is it made?**
A: It is manufactured in China. However, the company that designs them is an American company who made small appliances (I think) it was for Pillsbury for 25 years. You can look it up on line.

**Q: How long does it cook on slow and on high?  Is there a timer for each setting?**
A: There's warm, low and high. No timer so as long as it's on it will cook. Low is more like medium low.

**Q: I just received my new crock pot, the lid doesn't seem to be tight or sealed. Does anyone else have the same issue?**
A: My lid is too small for this size.  It splutters a lot when cooking.  Got my table and floor wet and also splashed me with hot water.  Unless they can send me a tighter lid, I will be sending this back.

**Q: Does this model have a rubber gasket/seal around the lid?**
A: Seal, it's a pretty great crock pot. Runs a little warm though.
