I don't know if it a PC issue or the design of the card but the clearance from the outer USB port and the back PC slot is very close and the exterior of the male USB hub touches the rear chassis of the PC. It has not created a operational problem with the PC but that USB port cannot be used because of lack of clearance. Installation was a snap including plugging in the extra SATA power cord. Problem is, it doesn't work. I'm using Win10 32-bit with the latest service packs/updates and the latest BIOS version for my motherboard.Windows didn't even detect the card, let alone my drives, singly or together. I installed the accompanied drivers and rebooted. Nothing. Uninstalled and tried again. Nothing.I'd had no problems with the Inateck KT4006 2-port USB 3.0 I'd originally installed. Didn't even need drivers. It just worked.
