The long bolster pillow is not particularly well filled and flattened very quickly. It also folded in half and seemed to separate on the inside. I wish I had spent more money on a better product. However, the v pillow has been very handy through both pregnancy and the birth of my baby. It has been very useful for breast feeding and for helping to contain my child whilst sleeping, creating a small barrier around his head. The massive bolster pillow I never used - too big and baulky. The other one is the one I used the most and it was very good to put between the legs when lying sideways.
