Velocity combines with versatility in the Fastback V2 Drystar: This Road riding boot built Alpinestars waterproof and breathable Drystar cone and inner protection and a breathable mesh lining and padding made from mesh fabric for outstanding comfort and performance. Material of the Fastback V2 Drystar is according to the CE standards CE 89/686/EEC – KAT 2 CE certificate. Waterproof and breathable Drystar membrane layer between top and Tricot Lining for proven performance in difficult weather conditions. Comfort/features aggressive new design to wear Upper Material Verknüpf leather and microfibre for abrasion resistance and durability. Die cut microfibre on the lower tongue and eyelets for durability and dynamic look and feel. Schnürbands system with adjustable Velcro fastener for easy, secure, comfortable fit. Extended cuff provides added protection at the bottom of the shin. Coated Tpr (Thermal Plastic Rubber) knuckle protection on the side quarter and under the outer material on the medial quarter provide strategic protection and flexibility in key areas. The side TPR to adjust size provides excellent abrasion protection. The padding in the tongue and heel area offers high comfort levels and a perfect fit around the ankle and instep. Highly breathable mesh lining for improved comfort and breathability. The inner toe cap and heel cap reinforcement is under the outer material for a more ergonomic design. Shell Sole made from advanced rubber compound is located on the sock for stability, grip and support, as well as for any running comfort moulded.
