However, after using it for a few months, it mysteriously started unlatching from my dog's harness. I really have no explanation for why or how this happened (the first few times I decided we must have put it on wrong), but based on the different contexts when it has happened and that it hasn't happened with any other leashes, I've concluded it has to be the leash.
