If it was meant for the Chinese market perhaps its fine but certainly not for others over 5 ft tall. Have to constantly bend down using it, so not good for the back !(2) The drain plug can open up from time to time, so you end up with a big puddle of water over your floorThis could have been better designed !(3) The handle locking mechanism is plastic with a metal pin. The pin is retained by two black plastic discs which are justpressed into place. These have a tendancy to fall off and then the pin tries to come away.(4) The detergent bottle is a joke. Would have been better not to put it in.
