Review: Beautiful! Exactly what I wanted... - This is a great cutting board. I do a lot of vegetable prep for personal meals & it's large enough for me to comfortably handle lots of veggies at once. It's also heavy enough to stay put while I work, so it doesn't shift around as I'm chopping. It's also beautiful, especially when oiled. Things to know: It can't go in the dishwasher - it will come apart because of the heat. You have to keep it sanded & oiled (I use avocado oil) to keep it looking good & remove/prevent food stains. All good quality cutting boards have the same requirement. If you take good care of this cutting board, it will serve you very well for years to come.
