Review: Perfect egg pan and works beautifully on induction. - I absolutely love this pan. It is my favorite pan for cooking eggs and corn bread. It fits in my Breville toaster oven and I love the removable handle. Be careful though, dont twist while using kt though becsuse kt will flip kff and drop the skillet. It comes with a wonderful stainless steel rivet and it works great. I only seasoned it once and my eggs slide like they are on non stick. The size isnt very big, it is only 9”. I wish the same pan could be made in a 12 inch pan. The cooking bottom is not rough like a lodge pan. It is in between, rough and smooth. Just right actually. I am sure it will last for over my lifetime.

I absolutely love this pan. It is my favorite pan for cooking eggs and corn bread. It fits in my Breville toaster oven and I love the removable handle. Be careful though, dont twist while using kt though becsuse kt will flip kff and drop the skillet. It comes with a wonderful stainless steel rivet and it works great. I only seasoned it once and my eggs slide like they are on non stick. The size isnt very big, it is only 9”. I wish the same pan could be made in a 12 inch pan. The cooking bottom is not rough like a lodge pan. It is in between, rough and smooth. Just right actually. I am sure it will last for over my lifetime.

I love using my ooni Grizzler Pan. Its small size makes it perfect for searing fish or a medium-sized steak and only takes up 1/3 of my grill space, so I have plenty of room to grill the veggies on the side.
