The top zipper broke 5 weeks after I received it. The shoulder strap doesn't even allow the bag to go below your waist. I guess the only good thing about it was that the inside was nice, except very limited to what you carry in it. I usually stored my glasses inside and my Galaxy Note 10 phone on the side. I don't even use it any more. **Q: where is it made?** A: It's made in China, but is extremely well made. I'm a woman and use it every time I take international trips.
