Also, I find the fact that they include specific temps in degrees without a low/med/high steam level setting both odd and considerate at the same time. It allows you to easily convert this to a stove top recipe instead of steamer. (I'm trying to be positive lol) I've not read them all yet, but the random ones I've selected to test appear to be good places to inspire some creativity. For example I now plan to start using my steamer for making things like fish and liver spreads.
