If you were were to take any HIGH quality turbo yeast and ferment it completely over a 2 week span, rack it off the primary yeast bed(This is a must), THEN clear it with Kieselsol and chitosan and let it sit for another week or two until it is cleared, After this, rack it again and let sit for another couple weeks for it to be absolutely pure and see through. You must have a fully cleared wash to distill or else you will get more unwanted off flavors in the distillation. Ensure you remove the first 2 and a half cups of distillate for the best and purest end product. This is also a MUST. Do not be fooled by taking only 40 ounces off or even 250 for that matter. Once you are distilling, remove the first 2 cups at the very minimum. Just some suggestions on making the best product.
