The audio output is subpar, lacking clarity and depth. The bass is weak, the mids are muddled, and the highs are harsh, making it difficult to enjoy any genre of music. Whether it's listening to music, watching videos, or taking calls, the audio performance is consistently underwhelming. Connectivity Issues Another major issue is the connectivity. Despite being advertised as truly wireless, the earbuds often struggle to maintain a stable connection with my device. There are frequent drops in the connection, and sometimes, one earbud disconnects while the other continues to play. I have been using this headphones since may 2024. Initially I was sceptical studying the reviews about this headphones but I desperately needed one and so I thought I'll give it a try. The pros of this buds are : Amazing sound quality with clear audio, enhanced hearing of music with dedicated bass mode to enhance the listening experience. I've been using this for my daily commute in train and it just nails the purpose. The battery is epic stay charged for good I charge my case once a week or two. Still I have an excellent experience with every use. Cons Would have been much better with an enhanced background noise cancellation. Has a decent background noise mute.
