I like the way glass looks when you cook with it; if a person has different color food they are boiling just looks cool. The thickness of the pot is fair I wish it was a bit thicker, but not too much to complain about. The bonus is the clean up! Cleaning glass vs aluminum or cast iron pot; it's just no contest. If you get the saucepan pick up a bigger size with it you won't regret buying these glass cooking vessels.
