Overall better. After using SuperPump 250 for over a year, I switched to this version about 2 months ago. Overall, I like it better than the original version. It makes me feel less jittery and more focused than SuperPump 250 ever did. Also, I can take a full scoop of this and not feel sick, whereas a full scoop of 250 would make me feel nauseous and ruin the workout. It still feels as if it increases blood flow. They used to advertise it on the 250 bottles as "increased vasularity." The veins on my arms do indeed enlarge and my muscles appear larger when I'm in the middle of a workout using this. Aside from aesthetics, I believe my muscles don't tire out quite as quickly because of it. On average I'd say I get an extra 2-3 reps out of each set when using this as opposed to not using any pre-workout supplement. I've also taken Jack3d by USP Labs and Black Powder by MRI for several months, but I prefer SuperPump Max over them too. A note about taking it: Start drinking it about 30 minutes prior to arriving at the gym and sip through it. If you drink it all at once it'll hit you hard and your energy will die off within the hour. If you drink it slowly then it'll stay in your system longer.
