I have been consuming various mushroom powders for over a year. I normally take a well known brand of mushroom powders, but decided to give this one a try because of the high percentage of beta glutens. Beta glutens from fruiting bodies is what you really want to consume. Do some research in beta glutens & fruiting bodies of mushroom and you can make your own decision.I am so impressed that the powder is organic, from fruiting bodies, grown in Hawaii, and third party tested.Honestly, I did feel more energetic after consuming this mushroom powder for a couple weeks. You may not get the same benefit but I am professing what this has done for me.

This product has all the criteria I was looking for… lab tested, certified organic, no fillers/additives etc and not only grown in USA, but grown in Hawaii, nice! The company even sent me a very nice personalized note of thank you for purchasing.

Oh dear, I thought this would be helpful for my anxiety, and maybe it was on some level. But the very painful, extreme bloat that this caused isn't worth it! Turns out reishi contains polysaccharides, which can be a trigger if you suffer from IBS. I've been having a 1/2 tsp in my morning coffee, and that has been enough to cause me some fairly awful gastro issues. I'm somewhat surprised, as I've always enjoyed mushrooms, but this stuff packs a wallop that I was not expecting.There ought to be a warning.

I have been a huge fan of Malama for quite a while now. I used to live on the island and loved having their mushroom mixtures in my morning coffee. This specific powder is amazing and helps with focus and overall energy. It does work well and I prefer the mixture with dark or bold coffee.Overall, I would definitely recommend giving it a try.
