If you look at the bottom of the range, you will see that the last marking is 3 LPM. Secondly, you do not say what the input pressure is? If it is 2,000 psi, you would blow this and most any other flowmeter to bits and possibly injure yourself or others. The maximum working pressure is listed in the specifications is "Working pressure: ≤0.6Mpa," which is 87 psi. I use it on a CO2 cylinder with a reduction valve so that the max pressure is no more than 40 psi at the flowmeter. Even then I had to reseal the fitting at the bottom of the meter in order to stop a slow leak. Cost me a tank of gas before I figured that one out. I am not so much interested in the actual reading as to know whether or not gas is flowing, so the gauge calibration, which is for oxygen, is not particularly applicable to my use. BTW, the absolute kinematic viscosity of carbon dioxide at 20°C is 1.47 x 10-5 Pa s vs oxygen at 20°C, which is 2.04 x 10-5 Pa s. So the gauge would read about 28% low for my application.
