(i received the old model, wondering whether to return)** A: Return the item. I ordered Withings as I trust the brand and instead received a Nokia branded cardio scale. Nokia has not owned Withings for 3 years which is why when you try to access the Health app as per the manual it says 'Server unknown'. Nokia bought Withings in 2016. Withings bought it back in 2018. This means your machine is at least 2-3yrs old which I think is outrageous. Have complained to Amazon. **Q: Does it support 5ghz wifi connection?** A: Not the one I bought a few months ago - 2GHz only - a major flaw. It has been near impossible to get it to connect to WiFi/ change to a different router/ final straw is that it’s stopped working altogether now (probably humidity from bathroom corroding battery terminals). Most disappointing for a ‘high end’ product. **Q: Upto what weight does this give full details? A lot of body fat only work to a certain weight.** A: The Body Cardio has a weighing range of 5-180 kg (9-396 lbs). So long as you're within the weight range, you can receive full details about your weight measurement. **Q: Can the whole family see your weight?** A: If you step on the scales you see only your weight - it doesn’t scroll through the weight of others.
