I had previously tried the 1600mg tablets from Vitastore which are about the size of a 300mg aspirin but they struck me as being nothing more than chalk tablets without the distinctive smell of Valerian. The 2500mg capsules from HealthClubWorld are pretty big, blue in colour, and they have the distinctive and rather unpleasant odour of Valerian. They also seem good value for money. So well worth trying but if you have a serious problem falling asleep I would recommend (based on personal experience) combining two capsules with 3-6mg of Melatonin which should get you feeling drowsy in about 30 minutes. I note that Amazon sells out of this brand quite quickly but it usually comes back into stock after a few weeks, so if it's out of stock put it on your wish list and if you see it's in stock you'd better not hesitate. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not for me *by S***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 January 2020* I had read alot of positive reviews on valerian root and it's effectiveness with sleeping disorders like insomnia but unfortunately it didn't really help me but that's not to say it won't help others because clearly it does.
