I'm drinking some right now and I think it's pretty great. I've been doing low carb off and on (mostly on) for over ten years and I'm a bit of a food snob. I hate making my own hot cocoa, but I like having a hot drink to satisfy sweet cravings. I think this product and I can be good friends! I count net carbs, so since there's 1g fiber there's 1 net carb per teaspoon, which is pretty great for a low carb drink mix. When I made my cocoa tonight I heated the water to almost boiling and incorporated a small amount with the cocoa before adding the rest of my water. No issues with it mixing, no clumps, dissolved wonderfully. Then I added about two tablespoons of heavy cream. I liked the flavor without cream, but I needed the fat boost. I added a little stevia before drinking but I regret it now, it was fine without it. Also, 200ml is only about 7oz and your average coffee cup is about 12-16 oz, so that may be where others are losing flavor. 200 ml would be more like a teacup.
