If you don't like spicy these might not be for you but I would say these are more on the medium level of spicyness. So on the other hand if you love spicy food these might not be strong enough for you. The noodles are really easy to prepare and my favorite thing about this brand is the texture of the noodles, they are bouncy and firm yet not too firm. They have a very satisfying texture that you don't get in alot of other instant noodles.
