Review: Comfortable, Stylish, and Easy to Assemble - I’m very happy with this office chair. Assembly was quick and straightforward, and all the parts fit together perfectly. The chair feels sturdy, and the mesh back provides great airflow, keeping me comfortable even after sitting for long periods. The lumbar support and height adjustment make it easy to find a comfortable position, and the seat cushion is supportive without being too firm. It also rolls smoothly across the floor, making it easy to move around my workspace. I really like the modern gray and white design—it looks clean and fits perfectly with my home office setup. Overall, this is an excellent chair for the price and a great choice for working, studying, or everyday use. Highly recommended!
Review: Very Responsive and Helpful Customer Service - I've bought two of these chairs. Our first chair was easy to put together and we've been happy with it. For our second chair, we had some trouble snapping a wheel or two into the base. We thought we made it work, but after putting it all together, my daughter had trouble with the wheel snapping off repeatedly throughout the month. I emailed customer service about it, a bit worried because we had already thrown away all the packaging and we had already been using the chair for a month. I was relieved to see a reply within a day or so. At first I requested a replacement of parts, but then through some email exchanges of pictures and videos, Neochair customer support ascertained that I would not only need the parts I requested, but also some additional parts that they said would be hard to take apart once put together. Once they verified the problem, the solution, and our address, they sent the parts right away! I'm incredibly relieved that we did not have to take the chair apart and send back the chair we already put together, and that customer support was so responsive. Great experience and I would buy from them again!

Easy assembly, good quality, wheels are smooth and it’s very comfortable. I sit at my desk a couple hours at a time. Not sure how comfortable it would be for a full 8 hrs of work,
