If you make your own masks, just make the side channels where the loops go slightly wider, & this yarn runs smoothly thru it with a small safety pin to pull it thru. You can purchase little plastic clamps to make the ends adjustable or if you prefer to have these go around your head (to spare your ears), then you can easily tie it to the right length. Because it's stretchy, you can just pull it over your head w/o having to untie/tie each time you take it on or off.
