Review: Great but hard to open - This is truly delicious, and I love the cozy feeling of drinking the golden broth from a mug while I wrap up my late nigh work sessions. While I appreciate the ready-to-drink pouches, for the money I spent I would expect these to open smoother. The last 3 shipments all pouches failed to rip correctly, leaving more on the kitchen counter than in my belly. For a premium product, that was sort of a surprise. I can open with scissors, but one would think for such a high cost packet the R&D department would select a different method that opens smoothly.
