Review: Good Starter Bike - Just got into cycling, and this was a cheap option with positive reviews. To my experience. It has performed wonderfully. Transitions smooth between gears, breaks okay, its somewhat light as a road bike should be, and the seat is not too horrible at least to me.
Review: Bad customer service, bike failing after 2 months - It has been four months since I purchased the bicycle. It is aesthetically, nice super lightweight and bright smooth. My only issue is that by the second month I was already hearing a knocking sound coming from the gears when I’m peddling, also one of the wires has stripped apart and broken, as well as when it is in certain gears, it jerks. What I am most displeased of is that I have brought this issue up to the company and no one has reached out to me to fix the problem or send me a replacement.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice bike for not too heavy use

Nice bike for entry level. Is light and runs smooth. It took me about one hour to assemble for the first time. Then a friend bought the same one and I assemble it in 20 mins. I've ride it now many times, I don't do more than 10 miles trip though. And still feels like the first day. Looks like is gonna last for my use. The only little issue I see is that the shifts are in the middle of the helm and in order to make a plate shift you have to release one hand. You gotta get the trick to it.
